P.R.O. Front Suspension

This suspension is one of the most advanced front ends available to today's RC car racer. It has been adapted from the technology of Indy Cars and F1, and scaled down to give your car the adjustability and durability that every racer wants.

Many unique features make it a must-have for the serious racer.

One of the greatest features of the suspension is the front suspension mounts themselves. Unlike the old L-style mounts, our mounts have machined pockets in them. This design eliminates the bothersome and costly tweaking in the event of a crash.

Also integrated in the front suspension blocks is a dual position kick up (15 and 20 degree). All that's needed to change the front kick up is to remove the front mounts, turn them over and upside down. There is no need to have multiple parts for the same job; you get two different kick up options with the same part.

The CNC laser-cut arms also have been designed to maximize durability and minimize weight. Another feature of the arms is the multi-positional push rod holes (5). By mounting the push rods on the various holes, you effectively change the spring rate and oil weight without actually changing any parts. If you change the position of the rod to either stiffen or soften the suspension, you can maintain the original ride height by simply lengthening or shortening the push rod itself.

The dual bearing supported cantilevers are resting on Teflon washers to provide the car with silky smooth suspension travel through their entire range of movement.

The integrated steering rack is supported by four ball bearings, and is hung from the shock tower to make more efficient use of space. The fluid-like movement of the rack means more precise control of your vehicle.

These features culminate into a low profile suspension that is lite, durable, and adjustable. It excites some and scares others.
